In a very short time Apple released it’s support site for the users who were affected by the faulty operating system guiding them step by step instructions for how to reinstall iOS 8.
But then was the iOS 8.0.1 fumble for which Apple released a statement :-
” We apologize for the inconvenience experienced by the users and are working to prepare iOS 8.0.2 with the fix to the issues.”
Now the update is available for the users and along with the update Apple again releases a statement :-
” iOS 8.0.2 is now available to the users, it fixes the issues that affected iPhone 6 plus & iPhone 6 users who downloaded iOS 8.0.1 operating system, and includes bug fixes originally in iOS 8.0.1. We apologize for inconveniencing iPhone 6 & 6 plus who were affected by the iOS 8.0.1 bug.”
Apple has said that less than 40,000 iPhone 6 & 6 plus users were impacted by the bug in the bad release.
